Confirmation of Order Made in Q-Shop
A customer’s order made in Q-Shop is ALWAYS confirmed by the service provider. Information on order confirmation or other details about order status is sent by using the email address given by the customer when making an order. Q-Shop is in no way liable for orders which have not been confirmed.

Q-Shop reserves the right to demand product payments to be made in advance or in cash.
Delivery Costs
a delivery charge is added to orders. The charge depends on the weight, size and destination of the item and the delivery method.
Under Age Customers
the online shop is directed only at customers of age. Under age (under 18 years of age) customers are required to notify of their under age status when making an order. This notification is made in the online shop, in the provided free text space, when making an order.
So that an order can be confirmed, Q-Shop obliges the customer to send in an order permit which has been authorised with a signature of a parent or guardian before the order is confirmed or transaction made.
Under aged customers are responsible for giving a notification of their minority status so that an order permit can be sent to them. Q-Shop is in no way liable for any indirect or direct expenses caused by an order, which is in violation of the terms of delivery, made by an under aged customer.
Delivery Date
envelope 1-14 working days, parcel 2-14 working days. In case of a production supply disruption Q-Shop reserves the right to deliver ordered items within 30 working days or to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Products
Products that have not yet appeared, or are temporarily out of stock, have been marked separately. However, you can order them in advance in which case they will be delivered as soon as they are available. Usually we are able to deliver products on the release date. The release date is stated on the product-specific page.
Release dates are importers’ estimates and may change. We update the new release dates on the product pages when necessary. If you place a joint order for products that have already appeared and make advance orders for other products, let us know whether you want the orders to be delivered separately, in the order in which they appear, or the whole order inside the same parcel.
Products, prices and presentations are not binding. The final price and the order are confirmed in the order confirmation which is sent by email after the customer has placed an order in the online shop. Q-Shop reserves the unilateral right not to deliver a product in which case Q-Shop refunds the selling price to the customer. In these cases Q-Shop will defray the immediate return expenses caused by the order’s delivery/cancellation.
Cancellation of Transaction
according to the consumer protection legislation customer has 14 days to annul a transaction. Q-Shop must be either notified of the annulment during the time limit or the content of the order needs to be returned. Contact information needed to make a return is given in the beginning of terms of delivery.
Please note that CD, tape and DVD recordings have no rights to cancellation or return if the seal, that is used to keep the product closed, is broken.
If desired, you can cancel your order that has not yet been delivered by informing us by using the contact information found in the beginning of terms of delivery. Please make sure to give the name of the customer and details of the order that you want to cancel. When cancelling an order which you have already paid, give the needed contact and bank account details. If mutually agreed, we can compensate another order with the value of the return or provide a Q-Shop voucher equal to the value of the return.
Returns
products have a 14 day right to return which expires when the product is used. CD, tape and DVD products’ right to return expires when the seal, that is used to keep the product closed, is broken. Products are returned to the address given above. The parcel must show the customer’s contact information and bank account details which are needed for the product cost compensation.
A defect warranty covers all products, which means that if a product has a manufacturing defect it is replaced with a new one. A warranty return must be included with customer’s contact information and a description of the defect.
Whenever possible contact us first by phone or email when making a product return. If the return is made without notifying us in advance, the parcel needs to be included with a written return notice with required contact and bank account details.
Q-Shop is not liable for indirect costs or the like that are caused by use, other than for the mandatory/direct costs required by law. The indirect compensation claim should be first addressed to the product manufacturer. Contact information is available from our customer service.
With cancellation and return situations Q-Shop returns all selling costs using the bank account details given by the customer, apart from when purchases have been paid in cash and collected from the office.
Use of Customer Details
Q-Shop reserves the right to save customer details into a secure customer register which is not disclosed to third parties. MyWay Solutions/Q-Shop may use customer details for focused marketing communication; to send offers and to inform about new products and services.
Online Shop Security
all customer details are treated confidentially and they are not disclosed to outsiders. Orders are stored electronically into a secured order database. Q-Shop does not receive any other information about the customer’s bank transfer apart from the actual payment.
Please note the guidelines on secure online transactions that are provided by the electronic banking service provider when making payments in a network environment.
Secure shopping in a network environment requires individual alertness from customers and that only secure/certified services are used. Personal information should not be disclosed to a suspicious service.
